Ameen Meshaal is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team. With over a decade of legal expertise, he brings a strong blend of technical excellence and commercial acumen to his practice, advising clients across all stages of the business lifecycle; from market entry and structuring to expansion, restructuring, and exit.
Ameen is highly experienced in advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, cross-border investments, and regulatory compliance. He regularly supports clients in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, construction and engineering contracts, and strategic partnerships.
He also works closely with clients on legal risk management and dispute avoidance strategies, particularly in sectors such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, and technology. His in-depth understanding of regional legal frameworks and international commercial standards allows him to deliver tailored solutions that align with business objectives and mitigate exposure in dynamic regulatory environments.

Ameen holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees : one in International Business Law and another in Criminal Law. His academic journey focused on corporate transactions, commercial arbitration, and cross-border legal strategy. His solid academic background complements his practical experience, enabling him to approach complex legal challenges with both theoretical depth and real-world insight.
